Cancellation Policy

If You Need To Cancel

All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. All bookings require a 30% deposit to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable once within 14 days of the booking date. Requests to change a trip date are subject to availability and scheduling and may not always be accommodated. Any cancellations by the customer within 24 hours of the booking date will result in a charge of the full balance of the trip. No shows will be charged the full balance of the trip.

If You Need To Reschedule

If you need to reschedule, we are happy to move your deposit towards another date if there is availability. If we have to cancel because of any non-weather issues, we will try to connect you with a trusted captain in our local network or we will refund your deposit.

If There Is Bad Weather

All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. If the Captain determines the trip should be rescheduled, we will always try to work with our schedule and the customer’s schedule as best we can to find a new date. If there is not a date that works for both parties, we will provide a refund.
